Cities and Villages with Interesting Downtowns | Upstate New York Edition

The village of Cooperstown, the cities of Saratoga Springs and Utica, NY all have very interesting downtown areas with unique restaurants, distilleries, museums, and historical landmarks. My husband and I have spent the majority of our lives living in upstate New York. Upstate New York's beautiful state parks, mountains and with renovated historical downtown are severely underrated.

Cooperstown, for example, is home of the Baseball Hall of Fame, the stunning Otesaga Hotel, the Farmer's Museum, and many rustic style wedding venues. In this blog post, I've highlighted some hidden gems within Cooperstown, Saratoga Springs and Utica, NY that may not be widely known about. I've included the links to some interesting places to check out if you ever travel to upstate.

We no longer live in upstate New York, but when we travel for future visits, I will definitely be adding more to this post.
