Fun Charcuterie Board Ideas

I wanted to share some beautiful charcuterie boards inspired by Italian tradition made by my talented and creative husband.

This board used marinated jarred artichoke hearts, provolone cheese, goat cheese, pepperoni, uncured soppressata, kalamata olives, sweet roasted jarred red bell peppers, castelvetrano green olives, sun-dried tomatoes and round water crackers. 




This board used black olives, fresh garlic sliced parmesan cheese, cashews, grape tomatoes on the vine, breadsticks, marinated artichoke hearts, sweet fresh minced basil, uncured soppressata, and jarred red bell peppers. 


This board is a different variation with the same ingredients. 


This board used grape leaves, green and red grapes, marinated jarred mushrooms, marinated jarred artichoke hearts, sliced Parmesan cheese, uncured soppressata, Greek golden pepperoncini, kalamata olives, and burrata mozzarella cheese. 


This board used saltine crackers, sliced pears, shelled pistachios, marinated artichoke hearts, fresh minced garlic, grape tomatoes, cucumber, sweet jarred cherry peppers, red grapes, sliced Parmesan cheese, sliced sharp provolone cheese, uncured soppressata, Greek golden pepperoncini, kalamata olives, and burrata mozzarella cheese.


This board used cherries, sliced pepperoncini, sliced sharp provolone cheese, uncured soppressata, cerignola green olives with minced fresh garlic, and Margherita pizza. 



This board used red pepper hummus, celery, sliced sweet mini bell peppers, strawberry and kiwi.
