Hotel Hershey: Dining at The Circular and Iberian Lounge

My husband and I visited the Circular restaurant at the Hotel Hershey for our first wedding anniversary and New Years Day 2023. The Hotel Hershey's fountain lobby was decorated with beautiful red Christmas poinsettias and an extravagant Christmas tree. This Forbes award-winning restaurant has the best brunch in the Hershey area by far. The Circular has a unique award-winning wine list and wine room.  I took a video of the view of the Hotel Hershey Gardens, visible from the stained glass windows of the Circular. I would recommend this restaurant based on the beautiful window views alone. Brunch was first come first served, however I would strongly recommend a reservation for dinner.                              

The Iberian Lounge is located in walking distance of the Circular on the second floor of the hotel. The Iberian has a decent bourbon menu, interesting seasonal cocktails, and menu of light appetizers. The lounge is known for it's beautiful mural painting (as pictured).
